Going into the holiday season, we are always seeking healthy snacks to satisfy that persistent sweet tooth. This simple endive salad is the perfect, light sweet treat that promises to be forgiving on that dress size you’ve worked so hard to maintain.

Ingredients

  • 1 Belgium Endive
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Goat Cheese or Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/3 cup Unsalted Walnuts

Directions

Clean endive, separate the leaves and place on plate. Crumble the unsalted walnuts into the leafy cups. Then crumble the blue cheese or goat cheese over the walnuts. Finally sprinkle each individual leaf with your desired amount of honey, and enjoy!
